There is a difference between 'People' and 'Users' in Safety Monitor.
The size of the subscription plan is based on the number of 'Users' you require for your account.
'Users' are deemed to be staff that will require a unique login to the system, and will have access to update and manage information in your account. The level of access each user has is determined and set by the account owner or administrator.
Employees would be managed in the 'People' section of Safety Monitor. The 'People' module allows you to record key personnel information about your employees. This includes contact details, medical conditions, employment information, driver's license information including expiry alerts.
You can load as many 'People' as you like, and manage their information.
